Advice needed........wife refuses to lose weight and is disobedient?

My wife had twins three weeks ago but still is huge, i have told her she can only eat salad as she is too fat. Anyway i was going through her handbag last night and i found a packet of toffee's! You could have knocked me over with a feather. I have not confronted her but i am just speechless about her eating toffees after i expressly forbid her to eat them.......how should i confront her?
