Does he still think i like him?

I have a friend and a exflatmate (European) who said he likes me yet slept with someone. I suddenly lost interest with him because of what he did ,and decided to categorize him as a casual friend only. Although he said he likes me more than the girl he slept with still i could not make myself like him again because of what i believed in.( I don't sleep around so i deserve someone who also don't.) The question is.. does he still think i still like him ? He knows me as someone who have strict principles in dating and relationships etc. We are still in touch thru chat as we are now separated geographically and no idea if we can see each other again unless if he will take the risk of seeing me again.
