Had a strange dream about brushing teeth with a mascara...?

Bathrooms are symbols of cleansing some issue. Brushing your teeth and putting on mascara are both grooming with a bristled combed brush thing. Either you have been grooming yourself excessively or too worried about your appearance, or it is the opposite. I think the dream would indicate to just be careful.
