Annoying but can some nice people PLEASE help? fashion advice:3?

i need a kinda casual outfit for thursday. i've got skinny black jeans & purple converse. in my wardrobe there's basically nothing so I Need a top/thin jumper & a jacket. so anyway I Need your help aha:3!
