It sounds to me that she was checking you out and even gave you the half smile as a way to flirt. Then again she could have just trying to be nice and the half smile was a way of kind of saying hello. Here's the thing tho... Do you think that you have a chance of seeing her around there again? If so then next time make sure you smile at her and say hello (if you are interested) because that will be the only real way to ever know if she was honestly checking you out or was just trying to be nice.
