Will this laptop be really fast for my budget of $500?

See i got the Intel Celeron CPU 900 @ 2.20GHz, 2.0 GB RAM Mobile Intel 4 Series Express Chipset Family Emachines laptop for only 200. thing goes really and i mean REALLY fast for something cheap and doesnt have much GB RAM
