First date idea's? Please answer ASAP?

So my boyfriend asked me out and suggested maybe a movie, but all the movies in theaters are terrible right now. This is our first ever date, is a movie a lame idea for a first date? And what about dinner? Should we go someplace fancy or just casual? Personally I don't care, I would be happy eating at McDonald's so long as I was with him. : ) But I'm not really sure. We are both 16, should first teenage dates be fancy or not? Help, I'm clueless, and we are both all jittery and nervous around each other. Help?! : /
