Need some help with an outfit for a party please ;)?

I have some khaki chinos which are new and I really want to wear. It's a smart casual party so i'd thought they'd be perfect. So I need some help with accessories, shoes and a top please help suggestions thanks. Sorry I dont have a picture of them but they aren't from a shop with a webpage.
