T90 Laser III sizing?

Hi there. I am looking to get new cleats for my upcoming soccer season. I had just bought f50i and did not like them so I sent them back and I am planning on getting T90 laser III now. I am just wondering if someone could help me with sizing. The closest thing to lasers I have had were T90 shoot II that were size 9.5 and fit perfectly. But I have also had nike indoor Tiempos size 10 that are perfect and casual size 10 nike shoes that were perfect. I have had size 10.5 Mercurial Vapor VI that were a little too big and Predator powerswerves size 10 that were extremely snug. I hope this info helps. I just need to know whether size 10 or 9.5 would be good. My feet are also done growing. Please answer and I will pick a best answer.
