Would it be difficult for me to have a relationship if I move to Japan?

I'm planning on traveling to Japan and if I do really enjoy it move there because I just feel I need a change and I enjoy many of the things Japan has to offer. However I'm wondering would it be a bit difficult for me to have a relationship with a Japanese girl? I am Hispanic pretty tan... Medium long hair I suppose not long but not short.. And just dress casual.. Just wondering because I know lots of girls probably just stick within their race but curious
