How do I just be casual?

My fianc� and I split up about a week ago. We have been talking alot about our feelings for one another and they are still there. She is just hurt by the mean things I said when we broke it off. She said she can forgive me she just needs time to heal and figure things out. We are trying to Maintain a friendship in the mean time but it hurts at times and i miss her so much and she has told me she misses me. We are going to lunch this weekend I don't want to be to pushy how am I going to stay casual when all I want is to hold her and kiss her and love her and make her mine again? Please help me save this
